SO WHAT DO ROCKFAST TRANSFER?
For your employees - A compete masterfile for each, including full personal details, payroll tax - including TFN, all rates plus pay classes if you use them, all additions and deductions, full banking details, employer and voluntary Super details, all costing details including costing splits, accruals for annual, long service and sick leave, all leave and pay history and detailed previous earnings from the beginnig of the tax year and much more.
For your company - All company information including ATO employer info, details of Superannuation providers, all general ledger accounts (but no formulae), location codes and descriptions and much more.
For your payroll - All pay, addition and deduction components fully defined, all leave accrual rules, rate sets if you use them, all YTD pay, leave accrual and Super balances for each employee and much more.
For you - Your assigned Rockfast Upgrade Crewmember will discuss your needs with you before the Payroll Software Upgrade and prepare a detailed Upgrade schedule and time line. After transferring your payroll information your Crewmember will reconcile the new payroll and leave accrual values to your old payroll for you. We install your new software and datafiles and we train you personally on site. Parallel runs are encouraged and we are happy to attend your first live run if you wish.
