Rockfast Revelation HR Software (human resource software)

• The Rockfast Revelation HR software is fully integrated with the Payroll module and uses the same database.

• The human resources software allows additional employee information to be recorded and reported on, such as Personnel Contacts, Medical conditions and Medical History, details of recruitment, skills/qualifications/attributes required for a position, training course details, when and where training will occur, details of trainers and delegates and history of accidents, incidents & rehabilitation.

• The Rockfast Revelation HR software is fully integrated into our Employee and Manager self service software. You can access personal contacts, training details, appraisal details and more.

• Developed in C# and Web based ASP.NET, ESS is a web based service that is accessed through a web browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer. The service allows employees to view a copy of their pay and other details as stored in the companies payroll system. The service also allows an employee to electronically submit Leave Requests for the processing of leave and Payment Claim Requests to claim expenses. Managers are able to Appraise Employees where employees can view and give feedback on their appraisals.

• The information shown and stored in ESS is kept separately from the payroll system of your company for security purposes and to help protect your data.
